Barr Brady was established in 1990. The Partnership became a Limited Company on 1st May 2004. We have offices throughout the central belt of Scotland.
Barr Brady Ltd offers a full range of valuation,condition and survey services on both residential and commercial properties. We offer Consultancy Rating advice together with Commercial Sales and Lettings on all non-domestic property.
Barr Brady Ltd also offers consultancy services to Housing Assocations, Insurance companies, Banks, Building Societies and regularly serve as expert witness in negligence and professional indemnity claims.
In 1997 Barr Brady Ltd gained full BSI registration and operates and maintains a Quality Management system which complies with the requirements of BS.EN ISO9002:1994.
Our continuing objective is to build on our current strength and reputation, provide a rapid, costs effective and high quality service to our clients.
On 1st April 2006 Barr Brady Ltd became members of First Surveyors Scotland. First Surveyors Scotland was formed by ten of Scotland’ leading Chartered Surveyors practices with a view to providing a high quality valuation service throughout Scotland from a fully integrated network of local independent firms.
