The Housing Consultancy Department undertakes complex development briefs and funding valuations for a large number of Registered Social Landlords including Housing Association and Housing Co-operatives. Being on the main clearing Banks Panel of Valuers also ensures that these valuations can be used in support of private finance funding requirements. The Department also provides pre-development advice and valuations on both land and proposed housing.
