Barr Brady was established in 1990. The Partnership became a Limited Company on 1st May 2004. We have offices throughout the central belt of Scotland.

Barr Brady Ltd offers a full range of valuation,condition and survey services on both residential and commercial properties. We offer Consultancy Rating advice together with Commercial Sales and Lettings on all non-domestic property.

Barr Brady Ltd also offers consultancy services to Housing Assocations, Insurance companies, Banks , Building Societies and regularly serve as expert witness in negligence and professional indemnity claims.

In 1997 Barr Brady Ltd gained full BSI registration and operates and maintains a Quality Management system which complies with the requirements of BS.EN ISO9002:1994.
